VGA is a device working to manage graphics displayed to the monitor. This device will working normally when it's driver software installed correctly, we must determine of detail specification and adjust with OS that installed on the computer / laptop include bit ( 32 bit, 64 bit, 86 bit etc ).
Before we installed graphics driver, monitor will appearing the blur view and low resolution and color. So this is something important to ensure that VGA or graphics driver of our laptop installed correctly. Right click at windows desktop and left click properties, And then Choose Setting and click it, look for Advanced at the right below and click it and left click Adapter, here is detail specification of VGA device on our laptop,but, if nothing appear this mean that VGA driver not installed correctly.
